Zero commission works with a rate for buyers and sellers. A buyer to whom we show a house owes an amount of 999,- euros to Alhema Ventures SL when purchasing this house. When visiting the Property and/or properties, the Zero Properties estate agent will ask the buyer to sign a viewing report, which states the profile data, indication number and location of the house. When entering into the viewing, the buyer agrees that when the buyer purchases the object shown, he will pay the fees due to Alhema Ventures trading under the name Zero Commission, even if this object was not purchased through Zero Commission, but has been shown. to the buyer via Zero commission. When entering into a viewing through our team and employees, the buyer agrees to accept responsibility for any resulting damage if this agreement is not complied with.
